Today is a relaxed day at work for the customer. They will be on a 4 days weekend tonight; tomorrow, the 30th of April, is the celebration of Liberation Day/Reunification Day (the end of the Vietnam War with the US in 1975) and the 1st of May is Labour Day (postponed to Monday as the 1st of May is a Saturday this year).
So one of the guys asked us to go with him to a local and quite push restaurant on the Ho Tay Lake, around 15 minutes away from the office by car.

Je crois que c'etait la 1ere fois que je mangeais du poisson chat... Mouais... Bof... Mangeable m'enfin rien de bien exceptionnel, j'ai trouve ca assez gras et pas terrible, limite gout de vase, mais ca depend peut etre ou c'est peche!!!I think it was the first time i had catfish... Hum... I didn't hate it but it wasn't spectacular... I thought it was quite fatty and almost had a muddy taste... May be it depends on where it has been fished...!!!
