I woke up early and got a text from the guys at 7am saying they were still in the office.. They didn't get back before 9am...!!!!

Depart a 8h30. 150km en mini bus pour arriver au port, soit 3h30 de route vu le traffic et les routes.....
We left at 8:30am. Around 150kms later (=3h30 because of the Vietnamese roads and traffic) we arrived at the harbour :)

J'ai deja vu beaucoup de grotte mais j'ai vraiment ete impressionnee par le plafond, surnomme 'Desert Ceiling'.....
Sung Sot Cave, which means Cave of Surprises, is the biggest and finest cave in Halong Bay.
Awesome views of the Bay from the island where the cave is.
I've seen many caves already but I've never seen a cave with such a flat ceiling, it is called 'Desert Ceiling'.

Kayaking:
Petit tour en Kayak a 2 pour aller dans une partie de Halong Bay completement fermee, uniquement accessible par un trou tres bas dans la roche au dessus de l'eau (donc seulement accessible en kayak). Pas de photo parce que c'etait un peu risque de prendre mon appareil sur le kayak! Mais c'etait vraiment super, tellement beau et calme.... On a meme vu quelques singes :)
I had to kayak to get to an amazing part of Halong Bay. This place is surrounded by mountains and only accessible via a low hole on top of the water (hence only accessible with a kayak...). It was amazing, so beautiful and quiete! We even saw few monkeys there. No pix though, I thought it was a bit to dangerous to take my camera on the kayak...

La nourriture sur le bateau etait assez bonne meme si je ne suis pas sure que ca soit typiquement Vietnamien... En tous cas j'etais loin de mourir de faim!
Bonne ambiance avec la quinzaine de passagers qui etaient avec moi :)
Food on the boat was quite nice even though I'm not sure of how authentic it was...
And the people with me on the cruise were really nice as well, we had a few drinks on the deck before going to bed!
