Last day :'(((((
Nice breaky to start with!
Birla Mandir Temple:
Wikipedia: The Birla Foundation has constructed several similar temples in India, all of which are known as Birla Mandir. The Birla fundation has been created by the The Birla family, a rich Indian family who plays in many different industries. In its entirety, it is made of 2000 tons of pure Rajasthani white marble. The temple is built on a 280 feet (85 m) high hillock called the Naubath Pahad on a 13 acres (53,000 m2) plot. The construction took 10 years and was consecrated in 1976 by Swami Ranganathananda of Ramakrishna Mission.
Amazing, not allowed to take pictures, see below a few pix found on the net. Thanks Ganga for the super Hindu gods and goddesses lesson!
Laddu (beni, achete au temple)
General Bazaar:
The area is famous for gold and jewellery shops where one can buy traditional handmade jewellery. Gold market is flourishing here since 150 years.
