L'Alliance Francaise fait une petite soiree Beaujolais nouveau. J'ai donc essaye d'inviter un maximum de gens pour partager cette tradition francaise ... meme si je n'aime pas le vin rouge ! Deux verres de vin + acces a un buffet, AUD 30 pour les membres (soit 20 euros).

OK, This is a really really French tradition.
Here is the story: Every year, there is the Beaujolais nouveau day... Beaujolais nouveau is a young red wine that you can't keep years and years in your wine cave. You can't find Beaujolais nouveau all year long, it's only during a part of the year. So on the Beaujolais nouveau day, everybody goes in restaurants or bar at lunch time, or/and after work to try it. Usually, every single year, everybody says it's not good, but still every year, everybody gets drunk at lunch time, go back to work all happy and not really productive if you see what I mean ... They usually try it again after work, in case the taste changed..... This was the French story of the day !
